Security

Here at Ruddocks of Lincoln, we take security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server, and when you place your order you will be taken onto a secure server - look for the locked padlock symbol in the status bar of your internet browser.

Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, please browse through our internet catalogue and use the ‘Add to Basket’ button to buy.  When you have finished browsing please click on the shopping cart to view the items you wish to buy.  Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.  Our current payment method is through Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to purchase anything from our store, you just need a debit or credit card.

Paypal will accept the following cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Solo

We can currently only accept orders from within the UK.  For International orders please call us on +44 (0)1522 528285.

VAT

All our prices include VAT at 20% (where applicable).

Prices

The prices on our site are those valid at the time of updating.  Ruddocks of Lincoln reserve the right to alter prices (for example, increase in Value Added Tax).

Items marked ‘website special’ denote prices which are available to webstore orders only - these prices are not available at our retail store.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail with a copy of your order as soon as we receive it. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address and telephone number on the order form correctly.  If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Item Descriptions

Ruddock of Lincoln takes great care with the descriptions of products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Ruddocks of Lincoln cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.

Out of Stock Items

Items that are shown as out of stock cannot be placed in your basket or ordered.

If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Ruddocks of Lincoln are constantly updating the stock levels on the website but demand is high and we can occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date.

If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item(s) to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.  Either way, we will contact you.
